Unity Wall at Statue of Unity, Kevadia

“The Wall of Unity” has been constructed in the premises of the “Statue of Unity”. The entire project has been developed as a tourist destination by L&T for Govt. of India. The “Statue of Unity” commemorates the contribution of Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel to unite the princely states of India to form an unified nation and the “Wall of Unity” is an installation to celebrate “unity in diversity”. It’s an in-situ stabilized Rammed Earth construction in which soils from across Indian states has been used. A team of 20 artisans working for 10 days completed the construction.
