These Terms outline the rights and obligations between you ("User" or "You") and Sankalan ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By accessing our website and registering for our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Training Programs

1.1 Registration

To participate in our training programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. By registering, you confirm that you meet any prerequisites specified for the program and that you agree to abide by all program rules and requirements.

1.2 Payment and Pricing

The fees for our training programs are clearly stated on our website. All prices are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website. You are responsible for any additional fees, such as bank charges or conversion fees, associated with your payment.

Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Policy in Training Programs

• If the registration is cancelled 4 days prior to the commencement date of the training program, then 75% amount of the fees remitted shall be refunded. 25% amount shall be retained as cancellation charges.
• If the registration is cancelled when less than 3 days are left for the training program to commence, then 25% amount of the fees remitted shall be refunded. 75% amount shall be retained as cancellation charges.
• Due to any circumstances, if the participant leaves the training program midway i.e. without completing, then the fees shall not be refunded.

2.2 Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as program cancellation by Sankalan or circumstances beyond your control that prevent your participation, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be made in writing and submitted to us for review. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund will be granted.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in the materials, content, and resources provided during our training programs are owned by Sankalan or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the program materials without our prior written consent.

3.2 License

By participating in our training programs, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the program materials for your personal and non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the materials in any way.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sankalan, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our training programs or the use of our website. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, including negligence.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. By continuing to use our website or participate in our training programs after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhuj, Kachchh District of Gujarat, India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhuj, Kachchh District of Gujarat, India.
